Experience	Although the Boston College Women's team is a young team, we have had many accomplishments within the last three years. Our team has continued to grow each year with prospective new players, allowing us to build on our talent. Last year we placed fourth in our Section, qualifying us for Regionals for the first time. We placed 7th at Regionals, and hope to improve on it this year.
Funding	Boston College gives the team a fair amount of monetary funding to support traveling expenses and tournaments in both fall and spring semesters. The school also supports the team well in regards to facilities available; we have access to nearby fields in both fall and spring, and night practice time in the covered Alumni football stadium during the winter months.
Goals	We hope to recruit more players so that we may build upon our current talent. We are looking to be a competitive team, a force to be reckoned with, come Sectionals and Regionals this Spring. Ultimately, we hope to be able to foster the continued growth of ultimate at Boston College so that everyone can share in the sport that we love.
